15 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches, in the heart of the Pays d’Oc, discover Pézenas and its old Distillery rehabilitated into a hotel residence with character, its spa, wine bar, restaurant, swimming pool and seminar facilities.

After a stroll through the cobbled alleys of Pézenas, the Mediterranean gardens, the swimming pool and the Spa of the Distillery will offer you freshness and relaxation. In the evening, go to the wine bar or on the terrace to taste the best Languedoc vintages with tapas.

Philosophy and decoration: a good place to live …
Each apartment is inspired by the architecture of the large house.
The dominant red color reflects all facets of the city and the history of this building: wine, the arts and especially theater, royal red. This color acts as a common landmark in the different interior atmospheres:
Antique atmosphere: a flea market spirit, a MIC / CHIC style that recalls the spirit of the city.
Distillery ambiance: an industrial spirit, metal, raw wood, vintage and salvaged elements to recall the origin of the building.
Vineyard atmosphere: wooden barrel-type headboards, reclaimed wood, red, objects found around wine and cellars.
Private Mansion ambiance: in order to recall the 18th century spirit of the city, a more classic ambiance, wooden furniture, padded headboards, linen and classic patterns on a tapestry.

The region
Pézenas, a dynamic village: the city of Molière
The charming medieval village of Pézenas is full of shops, antique shops, cobbled alleys, quiet inner courtyards and architecture typical of the 15th to 17th centuries. Formerly the home of Molière, a famous playwright and actor under Louis XIV, Pézenas perpetuates its traditions thanks to its art craftsmen, its market, its doors, its theatrical performances and its artists’ workshops.
Finally, the small cobbled streets of the old town hide wonders of history; the Castle, mansions of the late Middle Ages, 17th and 18th century mansions, the Vulliod Saint-Germain Museum…
