Jean-Christophe Ugo

A word from the chef

Chef of the restaurant “La Table de l´Abbaye”

The French roots of Jean-Christophe Ugo, active member of the National Academy of Cuisine, Disciples of Escoffier, Gourméditerranée and Toques Françaises, steers him towards a cuisine of terroirs made up of distant, modernized traditions adapted to seasons, culture and international markets. The possibilities to bring a bit of creativity to it are endless.
He endorsed this quote “Cooking is at the same time the old time, the air of time, tradition and modernity combined”

For Jean-Christophe, the culinary reference and his unconditional fascination for Paul Bocuse, great Master of French gastronomy, leads him every day to a search for tastes, and a harmony of flavors that you will find on your plate.
